Teide - Above the Clouds

This fascinating phenomenon occurs due to the trade winds that carry moisture from the Atlantic. This moisture condenses at certain altitudes, forming a dense cloud cover. Teide, with its height of 3718 meters, often rises far above these clouds and appears like an island in a sea of clouds.
